Minimum Protection • Long-sleeved shirt and long pants, and • Shoes and socks When performing tasks with potential for liquid contact, handlers and applicators must wear: • Long-sleeved shirt and long pants, and • Chemical-resistant gloves - Butyl, Nitrile, or Neoprene are acceptable for incidental contact (<10 minutes) • Chemical-resistant apron - Saranex, neoprene, or chlorinated polyethylene provide short-term contact or splash protection against liquid product • Protective eyewear as follows: - Safety glasses with front, brow, and temple protection, or - Face shield, or Eyes, Face, Skin - Full-facepiece respirator - NOTE: Eye goggles are NOT to be worn • Chemical-resistant footwear with socks Longer-term protection is provided by PPE constructed of Viton, Teflon, and EVAL barrier laminates (for example, responder suits manufactured by Life-guard or Silvershield gloves manufactured by North). Where chemical-resistant materials are required, leather, canvas, or cotton materials offer no protection from this product and must not be worn as the sole article of protection when contact with this product is possible.
